Nutella Cookies: Escuela Oficial de Idiomas de Teruel

Tenía muchas ganas de publicar esta receta y preguntaréis ¿por qué?, porque están riquísimas y si dudáis preguntar a mis cuñadas que les encantó esta nueva receta: Nutella Cookies.

Además esta receta es especial ya que la publicaron en la revista DON DE LENGUAS de la Escuela de Idiomas de Teruel, en inglés claro, en el apartado THE COOKING CORNER.

Fué divertido escribir mi primera receta en inglés aunque  mi profe de la escuela de idiomas me ha corregido alguna cosilla como añadir algún conector y cambiar preposiciones. 

Hoy os voy a dejar la receta en inglés, pero no os preocupéis os dejo el enlace del Rincón de Bea dónde la encontré. De todas formas, animáros a leerla en inglés ya que sólo tiene 4 ingredientes y es facilísima. 

 

NUTELLA COOKIES

This is an easy recipe for cookies. If you want to make them you only need four ingredients. Nutella is the main ingredient but you can use other types of chocolate creams. In fact, this is the perfect recipe for chocaholic people.

Ingredients:

250 gr Nutella

100 gr sugar

140 gr flour

1 big egg

Firstly mix the egg and the sugar. After that, add the flour. Keep on blending the ingredients until they all are well mixed. Finally add the Nutella.

Prehat oven at 175º. Make small balls with the mixture and place them on the baking dish. Smash the balls with the palm of your hand and crush the cookies. Bake for 7-8 minutes. Finally, leave them to cool on a grid.

I suggest using some baking paper on the plate to prevent the mixture from sticking to the dish.
